today sukan tara joo. penat but still syok. luckily today not so hot, but the floor so wet. eww, disgusting -__- just now ran 100m , half way there, i twisted my leg, arghh , sakit gilaa.. tomorrow got training lagi, how i gonna run if like that, bikin malu oni -__- nevermine la, i just try my best to do it. that's all i think, boring right? huhh -__- sorry, i don't have any idea to write .
